Once your order leaves our facility, Artbeast Studios is not responsible for delayed transit times and/or damaged products. All our products undergo thorough quality control, and every order is carefully double-checked and packaged to ensure we are never the cause of a damaged product. Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible. If for any reason your product is delayed or lost, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please be sure to double-check your address as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If your package is “returned to sender”, Artbeast is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees.
Refunds and Returns Policy
If you ordered something by mistake or are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within the first 14 days of your purchase, proven that products are sealed and unused, and return’s shipping costs are covered by you.
At ARTBEAST STUDIOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully and contact us to ensure a smooth process.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
- Customers are responsible for initiating the shipping process and covering associated shipping costs.
- The return shipping address will be the same as the sender’s address on the original package received.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@artbeaststudios.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s).
- Store credit will be provided via email and can be used for future purchases on our website.
- The refund will not include the original shipping costs or return shipping costs.
Stepp by Step Return process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@artbeaststudios.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team.
- Retain proof of postage until your return is processed.
- Once your return is received and processed, we will issue store credit via email.
Additional Information
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Damages and issues: - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In this case, you have a maximum of 2 days counting from the time you received your order to contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
